This focused class combines deep yin poses with the powerful vibrations of crystal sound bowls for a complete mind-body reset. You'll move through seven carefully chosen postures, each targeting one of your body's energy centers while being immersed in the corresponding sound bowl's resonance. The long, supported holds allow your body to fully release tension stored in connective tissues while the sound vibrations enhance the experience, helping dissolve stress and create balance.
