We'll begin with essential wrist and core preparation to build the necessary strength and stability for safe practice.
Through progressive drills and targeted exercises, you'll learn exactly where to position your knees, how to engage your core effectively, and the proper techniques for weight distribution that make this pose possible. We'll explore common obstacles and provide specific modifications that address your individual body mechanics. By understanding the precise alignment principles and using proven progression methods, you'll experience tangible progress in a single session.
We will also explore crow variations like Side Crow (Parsva Bakasana), One-Legged Crow (Eka Pada Bakasana), and Baby Crow (Kakasana), offering a complete toolkit of arm balances to enhance your practice. Whether you've been working on Crow for years or are completely new to arm balances, this workshop provides clear, practical techniques to help you find lift-off.
