Yin

Yin is a slow, grounding practice focused on long-held, passive poses that target the deeper layers of the body. Poses are supported with props and held for several minutes to encourage deep release, joint health, and nervous system regulation.

Classes often weave in themes of the subtle body, including energetic meridians and chakras, offering an additional layer of awareness and intention. This approach invites both physical and energetic balance while leaving space for stillness, reflection, and rest.

Who it’s for:
Students seeking deep stretching, stillness, and a calming practice that may include subtle body awareness alongside physical release.
