300 hr yoga teacher training
January 2027 - December 2027
The Next Layer of Your Practice
This advanced training is designed for graduates who have been living inside their 200hr - teaching, practicing, questioning - and feel ready to go deeper.
Over the course of a full year, we will move through the material that changes how you think, teach, and inhabit your body. This is not more of the same. It is a different kind of inquiry.
This Training Is For You If…
• You completed your 200hr and feel the pull to go further
• You want to understand the body, the breath, and the philosophy at a level that genuinely shifts your teaching
• You are ready to develop a personal practice that is truly yours + not borrowed from someone else's syllabus
• You want to refine your sequencing with more nuance, intention, and creativity
• You are curious about the deeper threads of yoga like pranayama, philosophy, the parts that can't be rushed
January 2027-December 2027
A Year of Steady, Intentional Study
The 300hr unfolds across a full year because the material asks for that kind of time. We are not trying to cover more ground faster. We are trying to actually integrate.
You will return to your life, your teaching, your practice between sessions and bring what you’re learning into real contact with your days. Then you come back and go deeper.
This rhythm is deliberate. This is a gradual unfolding, held over time.

Advanced Anatomy
A deeper look at how the body works… not just in poses, but in how it moves, compensates, heals, and adapts. You will come away understanding your students’ bodies and your own in a way that changes how you teach and how you practice.
Sequencing
At the 300hr level, sequencing becomes less about structure and more about intention. We’ll work with arc, energy, theme, and the subtle craft of building a practice that does something for the practitioner and for the room. You will also have the opportunity to build a sellable workshop that you can teach for years to come.
Personal Practice Development
One of the most valuable and under-taught elements of advanced training: learning how to develop a practice that is genuinely yours. We will work with this directly not as a side note, but as a core thread throughout the year.
Pranayama
A serious and respectful dive into the breath practices of yoga. We will explore traditional techniques, their effects, their applications, and how to teach them safely and skillfully.
Philosophy
The texts and teachings that give yoga its roots. We will read, discuss, sit with, and argue with the ideas that have shaped this practice - and look honestly at how they apply to our lives and our teaching.
Guest Teachers
Throughout the year, we will be joined by visiting teachers who bring depth and expertise in their specific areas. Guest faculty to be announced.

FAQ’s
Do I need my 200hr Certification to apply?
Yes. This training is designed specifically for 200hr graduates who have been practicing and/or teaching and are ready for the next level of study.
How long after my 200hr can I begin this training?
There is no strict requirement, but we recommend at least six months of consistent practice or teaching since completing your 200hr. What matters most is that you’ve been living inside the material — not just holding a certificate.
Is this training for teachers only?
No. While many trainees in a 300hr are actively teaching, others are here to deepen their personal practice and understanding. If you completed your 200hr and feel the call to go further, this training is definitely for you.
What is the time commitment outside of in person training hours?
You can expect reading, journaling, and personal practice between sessions. We will give you clear guidance on what to expect. On average, plan for a few hours per week outside of our scheduled meetings.
