Step Deeper Into Your Practice

This immersive training is designed for dedicated students who feel ready to expand their understanding of yoga - physically, philosophically, and personally. Whether you intend to teach or simply want to live your practice more fully, this journey will change the way you move, think, and show up.

This Training Is For You If…

• You feel steady in your practice and curious about what lies beneath the poses
• You want to understand anatomy, philosophy, and sequencing in a deeper way
• You crave structured growth within a supportive, intentional community
• You are open to challenge, reflection, and expansion
• You sense that your practice is asking for more

“This training challenged me to go deeper into my practice and understand myself on a more meaningful level. The material was presented in a way that felt digestible and truly possible to integrate. The group dynamic was such a powerful part of the experience.”

A Steady Rhythm of Study + Practice

This training unfolds over seven months to allow real integration, not overwhelm.

We gather weekly on Tuesday evenings and one weekend each month. The rhythm is steady and intentional, giving you time to absorb the material, refine your practice, and return ready for more.

This pacing supports both depth and sustainability. You can continue your work, your family life, your commitments while stepping into a container that asks you to grow.

This is not a crash course. It is a gradual unfolding.

FAQ’s

Is This The Right Training For Me?

This training is designed for dedicated students who feel ready to move beyond the surface of their practice. You do not need to be advanced, but you should have a consistent yoga practice and a willingness to be challenged physically, mentally, and personally.

Some trainees join knowing they want to teach. Others join simply to deepen their understanding. What matters most is your openness, your curiosity, and your commitment to showing up fully.

What If I Can’t Attend All Of The Dates?

Attendance at all sessions is strongly encouraged for certification. In rare circumstances where you may miss a session, it is your responsibility to get notes and make up the work. Private sessions with teachers can be arranged at the cost of trainee, if more understanding on a subject is needed.

How much experience do I need?

A consistent yoga practice is recommended. You do not need to be advanced — but you should feel comfortable in foundational postures and ready to grow.

Do I need to want to teach yoga?

In addition to our weekly meetings and monthly weekends, you can expect to do 20hrs of Anatomy Lessons at your own pace online with the founders of Yoga Anatomy. We also recommend you keep up with a consistent yoga practice, journal and read. On average, plan for 2–4 hours per week outside of class. This training is immersive, but intentionally paced to allow integration without overwhelm.

Do I need to want to teach yoga?

No. Many trainees join to deepen their personal practice. Teaching is an option, not an obligation.
