The Reset Class

Before the new year begins, take an intentional pause to check in with yourself and what feels aligned moving forward.
We’ll open with brief journaling to reflect on what you’ve outgrown, what you’re proud of, and what still feels true, then move into a dynamic flow to clear space for what’s next.
This isn’t about resolutions. It’s about clarity, release and reconnecting to what matters.
Bring a journal and water. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer and ready to step into 2026 with confidence!

We’re kicking off the new year the best way we know how… together, moving, breathing and beginning again.
Our annual 108 Sun Salutes is one of Drift + Oak’s most powerful traditions. It’s not about perfection, it’s about showing up, finding your rhythm and feeling the shift that happens when movement meets intention.
You’ll move at your own pace with plenty of breaks, energized music and the support of the room. We’ll build heat, clear space and step into 2026 grounded and strong.
Come as you are. Bring water (a lot of it), maybe a towel and your best energy. Let’s start the year together!
Winter is an invitation to slow down and soften. This six week Vin Yin journey helps you move through the season with intention and steadiness. Inspired by Wintering by Katherine May and the Yoga Sutras, each week blends gentle flow, grounding yin and meaningful reflection in a cozy, quiet atmosphere.

Week One: The Invitation to Winter - Honoring the pause and settling the nervous system.
Week Two: Liminal Spaces - Finding steadiness through transitions and uncertainty.
Week Three: The Art of Softening - Heart centered opening with compassion and ease.

Week Five: Listening in the Quiet - Deep listening and reconnecting with inner guidance.

This series is perfect for anyone craving calm, reflection and a weekly ritual that feels deeply supportive. All levels welcome. Space is limited for a peaceful environment.
