Reiki + Restore

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is slow down.
Join Amy Jakubielski and Bianca for a deeply restorative evening designed to help you release tension, quiet your mind, and reconnect with yourself.
We'll begin with gentle restorative yoga, using plenty of props to fully support the body in long-held, restful poses. As you settle in, Amy will offer individual Reiki to each participant. Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that can help promote relaxation, balance, and an overall sense of well-being.
No experience with yoga or Reiki is needed. This practice is accessible to everyone and is truly an invitation to receive.
Expect calming music, soft lighting, aromatherapy, and plenty of space to simply rest.
You'll leave feeling lighter, grounded, and deeply restored.
Yacht Rock Flow

It's officially summer!
Join us for a laid back, feel good 75 minute yoga flow set to the ultimate yacht rock soundtrack. Think smooth classics, golden hour energy, and the kind of songs that make you want to drive with nowhere to be.
This class is designed to be accessible, uplifting, and fun, whether you're a longtime yogi or just coming for the vibes. Expect flowy movement, deep breaths, a little groove here and there, and a playlist that feels like sunshine on the water.
Basically... summer kickoff energy in yoga class form.

Solstice Flow
International Yoga Day and the Summer Solstice fall on the same day and there's no better way to celebrate than on your mat!
This 90-minute class is built around the solar plexus chakra (our center of energy, confidence, and personal strength). It's a fitting focus for the solstice, when the sun is at its peak and the invitation is to show up fully, move with intention, and burn off whatever has been holding you back.
We'll open with Kapalabhati breath to stoke the fire, then move into a strong, heat-building flow. Think warrior sequences, twists, boat pose, and plenty of core work ;) the kind of practice that asks something of you and gives back more. Sun salutations will be woven throughout as a nod to the day itself.
The end of class shifts gears. As we move into Cancer season, the energy turns inward and the practice follows. We'll slow down into longer holds, a supported forward fold or two, and a generous savasana. It's a chance to absorb the work you've done and arrive somewhere quieter and more settled than when you walked in.
We'll close with a short reflection and some space to set an intention (the New Moon is just days away), and it's a natural moment to think about what you're ready to call in or let go of.

Flow III builds on the strength, structure, and pacing of our regularly scheduled Flow II classes, offering a slightly more challenging and exploratory experience while remaining thoughtful and accessible.
Expect a strong, intelligently sequenced vinyasa flow that focuses on stability, breath, and efficient movement. This class invites you to refine familiar postures, explore transitions with more intention, and play at the edge of your practice without pressure or expectation.
As part of this specialty offering, we’ll introduce Crow Pose, breaking it down step by step with clear options and modifications. The emphasis is on learning, awareness, and curiosity rather than achievement...whether you lift both feet or keep one toe grounded, you’re exactly where you need to be.
Flow III is ideal for students who feel comfortable in Flow II and are ready to explore strength, balance, and focus in a supportive, option-rich environment.
Fast Track to Your Mat
A Beginner Yoga Workshop at Drift + Oak
Curious about yoga but not sure where to start? This workshop was created for you.
Fast Track to Your Mat is a supportive, no pressure introduction to yoga designed to help you feel more comfortable, confident, and at home walking into class. We’ll spend time breaking down common poses and transitions, breathing, props, and all the little things nobody tells you before their first yoga class.
Then, we’ll put it all into practice together with a beginner friendly full length yoga class designed to help you experience what Drift + Oak is all about.
No flexibility required. No experience needed. Just come as you are.
Each attendee will also receive:

Personalized class recommendations
The ability to apply your workshop fee toward your intro offer that evening!

Join us for a 75 minute emo night flow set to all the early 2000s favorites that absolutely shaped us emotionally. Think Fall Out Boy, Paramore, Taking Back Sunday, Panic!, MCR… you get the vibe.
Expect a strong, fun flow, dramatic singalongs, nostalgic chaos, and the perfect mix of movement and angst. Whether you were actually emo or just emotionally attached to the music, this one’s for you.
Black outfits encouraged but not required ;)

Color + Alignment
Discover the colors that naturally make you glow!
Join us for Color + Alignment with Briana Copponi of Chroma Studios for an afternoon of color analysis, connection, and community at Drift + Oak.
Each guest will receive a personalized mini color analysis including:
• Warm vs. cool undertone guidance
• Jewelry metal recommendations
• Discussion around some of your best colors
• 10% off a future full analysis session
Mini sessions are approximately 10–15 minutes per person and are such a fun way to learn more about what colors naturally complement your features and why certain shades just work.
We’ll also have light snacks, time to hang out, chat, and just enjoy a cozy afternoon together. Think low key self care, style refresh, and community all wrapped into one.

This special practice is designed to help you slow down and soften after the fullness of summer while creating space to ground, reset, and reconnect with yourself before the shift into a new season.
