Inspired by Wintering by Katherine May and the Yoga Sutras, each week blends gentle flow, grounding yin and meaningful reflection in a cozy, quiet atmosphere.
Weekly Themes:

Week Two: Liminal Spaces - Finding steadiness through transitions and uncertainty.
Week Three: The Art of Softening - Heart centered opening with compassion and ease.
